Janaka Stucky

I help mission-driven organizations and individuals move from vision to execution—whether that's a nonprofit defining its strategic roadmap, a company building its product infrastructure, or a leader clarifying their next chapter.

My consulting practice brings 15+ years of operational and product strategy experience across EdTech, publishing, and digital transformation. I've worked with organizations like Harvard Business School, McGraw-Hill Education, Barnes & Noble Education, Amazon Web Services, and ISC2—leading initiatives in product roadmaps, cross-functional program development, and scaling operations. I specialize in turning strategic ambiguity into actionable frameworks that deliver measurable value.

For individual coaching clients, I draw on this operational background alongside training in goal architecture—mental contrasting, implementation intentions, and habit formation—to help clients clarify vision, navigate transitions, and build sustainable practices. My approach combines rigorous strategic thinking with attention to the human dimensions of change.

I work with organizations seeking operational leadership and with individuals who want a coach who treats vision as the starting point, not the endpoint. Whether the engagement is organizational transformation or personal goal-setting, I bring the same commitment: helping you see what's actually possible, then building the structure to get there.

I lead all engagements personally, bringing in specialist consultants when projects require additional domain expertise or capacity.
